The 415 really needs an extension, so do 323 and 330, as per being 3/5 miles. I see that they do carry a load but maybe this: (Green font notes Station, Stn = Station Currently: 323: Limehouse Burdett Road, (via route 115 to Canning Town Bus Stn) Canning Town Stn;- Manor Rd for Star Lane DLR Stn, Cody Rd, Twelvetrees Crescent, Bromley-by-Bow Stn, Devons Rd DLR Stn, Devons Rd, Bow Common Lane-; Mile End Station, (via route D6 to Ash Grove) - Ash Grove.330: Canning Town Stn;- Barking Road, Plaistow Police Station, Plaistow Greengate, Barking Road, Upton Park Boleyn, Upton Park Stn, Forest Gate Princess Alice, Forest Gate Stn, Woodgrange Park Stn.;- (via route 678 to Stratford), (via route 276) - Bow Bus Garage.415: Norwood Bus Garage (or where 68 stands, which stands infront of the garage since Abellio are taking it ), West Norwood Stn, Tulse Hill Stn, Tulse Hill, Effra Road, Brixton Lambeth Town Hall, Brixton Stn, Brixton Road, St. Mark's Church for Oval Station and Cricket Ground, Kennington Park Rd Kennington Road, Kennington Stn, Kennington Park Rd Penton Place, Elephant & Castle Stn, Elephant & Castle Newington Causeway;- (via route 40 to Aldgate) - (via route 205 to Bow Church) Bow Church.
Writing in Black means current roueting Writing in Red means should be routeing (extension)Writing in Green means Station. ;- StnRoute 415 might get a bit too long. Perhaps to Aldgate would be enough. For the 330, there's no suitable place to stand near Bow Bus Garage, perhaps extend the route to Hackney Wick via 488? Or perhaps to Bromley-By-Bow Tesco. (Again via 488.) Or even to Mile End. I wanted to have a look at the 678's routing, and for some reason these two sites are both different. 678 from Beckton to St George's Road678 from Beckton to Stratford
Both are on the TfL website. 1. (415) would relieve both 40 and 133. 2. 330 can't be extended to Hackney Wick via Bow Bus Garage as there is a low bridge there on the same road. 3. 678 towards Stratford has a different routeing as to the one towards Beckton. 4. Those links don't work 5. The 678 routeing to Stratford goes via 308 to Clapton then at Maryland (straight-across then via) 257 to Stratford Bus Station. That's the routeing the 330 should take. 6. If you ridden the 415 at off-peak times, it would seriously need that extension.

In fact, before the 8 was restored to Bow in December, I used to pass under it everyday on the 276 or 488, but I've never seen the 330, so I didn't realise it was Double-Decker. I should check before I post.

Existing Route 63: Extend the service from Honor Oak (Forest Hill Tavern) to Honor Oak Park Station (this was suggested in a local campaign in 2009) via a further stretch of Forest Hill Road and Honor Oak Park (to create a link to London Overground services on the southern end of the route). At the same time, upgrade the route to using a mix of Enviro 500Hs (identical to the one that did the test run in Chatham in Kent recently, but with openable windows) and 10.8m Enviro 400Hs (identical to Stagecoach Manchester ones, but in dual-door instead of single-door). Also add additional peak journeys Peckham to King's Cross am peak (to solve the North Peckham "left behind" problem), full route King's Cross towards Honor Oak Park pm peak.
To meet the demand of residents on Valley Road (Streatham) who have campaigned for more frequent bus services as a result of the "phantom" 133 dead-running through Valley Road in Streatham back in November 2010, I think this routing might please them:
458 West Norwood/Bus Garage-Victoria via West Norwood Station, Norwood Road, Leigham Vale, Valley Road (entire length, all the way to junction with Streatham Common North), Streatham Common North (Western end), Streatham Station (Streatham High Road), Streatham Hill, Streatham Place, Clapham Park, Kings Avenue (up to Acre Lane junction), Acre Lane, Brixton Station, Brixton Road (up to Kennington Church), Oval Station, Kennington Oval, Vauxhall Bus Station, Vauxhall Bridge, Pimlico Station and Vauxhall Bridge Road. The stretch via Kings Avenue was a diversion routing used back in August/September 2001 when Brixton Hill was closed off to traffic.
Frequency: About Every 5-8 mins (every 5 mins Mon-Sat daytime, including peaks; every 7-8 mins evenings, overnight & Sundays, with Saturday service on Bank Holidays). Vehicle type: It will be hybrid double-deck, most likely a mix of Alexander-Dennis Enviro 400H (both the 10.3m Euro 6 version & the 10.8m version), Volvo B5L Hybrid (10.4m) Wrightbus Gemini 2/3s. Operator: Most likely Arriva London South from Norwood (N)-right on their doorstep and very minimal dead-running.
Existing route 125: As it's going to Metroline, I think extending the service from Finchley Central to Archway via the entire length of East End Road (giving the stretch between Regent's Park Road and Manor View a full-time bus service), then via the 263 to Archway Station. The extension will allow the route to be run out of HT instead of PB, reducing dead-running substantially whilst giving a full-time bus service to customers on a stretch of East End Road in Finchley between Manor View and Regent's Park Road at the same time.

Well, wouldn't think doing that will please them. IMO, roads in that area don't need much routes. As for the 417, it should get a PVR increase.

The West Norwood-Victoria via Valley Road idea I came up with was largely based on this article I read back in October 2010: www.streathamguardian.co.uk/news/8448401.Ghost_buses_frustrate_transport_users/ (At the same time, transfer the 133 to Brixton (Streatham Hill, BN), which is a depot that is right on the route). Please be advised that some of my ideas I may suggest on here may have a bit of a "right to the doorstep" approach to it (creating new services serving previously-unserved roads). The idea of Saturday service on Bank Holidays is to give people going to Bank Holiday sales in particular more journey opportunities. The problems on the 63/343 in recent years I personally think warrants longer-wheelbase, higher seating-density low-carbon buses to be used.

The problems on the 63/343 in recent years I personally think warrants longer-wheelbase, higher seating-density low-carbon buses to be used. Ah, I see. (How can I not notice?) 133 to BN will be good. If only they had space. I know BN is on route of 133. I've been on all routes in Brixton, Norwood, Clapham, Whitehapel, etc since 2005. I'm laughing about that "ghost" 133 bus Lol
Now I get it, because the 133 goes out of service from Streatham Station (used to be St. Leonard's Church) to Norwood (N). Both 249 and 315 are infrequent anyway. I had hard times with the 249. 315 is just as merely the same. The 315 was useless anyway. I'd say: Option 1a: Bring the out-of-service garage journey of 133 to life (Liverpool Street - Streatham Stn - Norwood) Option 1b: Re-route the out of service journey and bring it to service. Option 2: Create a route (like the 458 you did ) via Valley Road or some sort 249 and 315, alongwith 417, are infrequently bad. Every bus comes to me, are packed of seats xD, But some have standing space whereas some don't. But the 315 has more seats though. Would like another service next to my home Lol (133 )
