London Connect is determined to bring you first class, five star services to your doorstep. We currently have no garages nor routes in London for that matter, however bids have been placed by us and hopefully some positive results will come out for us. We will be here to keep you, the enthusiast, up to date. We currently have several Tridents in stock, both of President and Enviro 400 type on our commercial services in Watford.

There is some news, and we did promise you that'd we would keep you up to date with happenings around London Connect. With many thanks to FG.
Garages:
We have successfully won Edgware (BT and EW together) garages. We will use the code ED, however EW is also used as a reference.
Routes: Route 657, between Bancroft School and Crooked Billet Roundabout, has been awarded to LondonConnect. This route will operate out of Edgware (ED) garage with one double decker. Talks are between using a 02-reg TPL, 03-reg TA or a 04-reg Gemini 1. We've decided to let YOU be the judge of that and let us know what you think should form the 657 allocation.
With many thanks to FG, we look forward to bringing you cleaner, greener and faster services around London. This is the start of a big chapter in TransitConnect, and we look forward to serving you under LondonConnect.

Great news here at LondonConnect. We are pleased to say we have made more gains today, and are rapidly expanding around London. Garages:We have gained Stamford Brook (V), which is our new flagship garage, as it is near Chiswick Business Park, where the head office is located. We currently have no routes operating from here however the tender results are to come out soon, and we hope for some positive results. Also, we have purchased some 62-reg hybrids, two of which will be showbuses. The fleetnumbers will stay the same as when they were owned by London United, except for the new ADH3-5. The showbuses are highlighted in green. ADH45 has gained a special livery, as it is the 'showbus of showbuses'. SN58 EOR - ADH1SN58 EOS - ADH2SN60 BYS - ADH3SN60 BYT - ADH4SN60 BYU - ADH5YX62 FCM - ADH24YX62 FDD - ADH25YX62 FDY - ADH26YX62 FFB - ADH27YX62 FFG - ADH28YX62 FHA - ADH29YX62 FHO - ADH30YX62 FJD - ADH31YX62 FJV - ADH32YX62 FSS - ADH45 In other news, it has been announced we are to trial out a Volvo B5LH/ Gemini 3, registered BF14 BER, which will be coded VFH1, which stands for Volvo B5L Hybrid. This bus hasn't been confirmed when and where it will operate from, however it is being prepared at Stamford Brook (V) garage.
We will keep you up to date on any other of the happenings around the company. Until then, stay safe.

If anybody is interested to know, at the time of writing this post, we have placed some bids for a couple of routes. All routes, except route 34 will be operating out of Stamford Brook (V), whereas 34 will go to Edgware (ED). If we do win all routes listed below, a massive order of 160+ buses would have to be placed. Turning out on the tenders, if this does happen, we will have to look into buying another garage in the West London area.
Route 27 between Chiswick Business Park and Chalk Farm Morrisons from Stamford Brook (V).
Route 34 between Walthamstow Central Station Bus Station and Barnet Church from Edgware (ED).
Route 295 between Ladbroke Grove Sainsbury's and Clapham Junction from Stamford Brook (V).
Routes 207 and N207 between Uxbridge (N207)/ Hayes-By Pass (207, also some N207 journeys terminate here as enhanced frequency to Hayes By-Pass at every 15 minutes) and White City (207)/ Holborn Red Lion Square (N207) from Stamford Brook (V).
Route 427 between Acton High Street Old Town Hall, Salisbury Street and Uxbridge Station from Stamford Brook (V).
Route 607 between Uxbridge Station and White City, no service late evenings. Buses on this route have an express service and therefore stop at main, or transport hubs only. From Stamford Brook (V).
We look forward to the outcome of these bids, and whether we win some important and busy routes. Stay safe!

When I joined the London Operator game there were like 4 other operators and the results hadn't been updated in 2 weeks. Looks like I'm going have to ramp up my game...

Like how to get them from, well, LU as the example itself. I want to buy ADH49 and ADH3. How do I buy them from LU?

Keeping you up to date as we promised. Here's a small bulletin reflecting on our latest buzz around LondonConnect.
Garages: - We have won Shepherd's Bush (S) garage. This garage will act as an outstation of head garage Stamford Brook (V) and will be carrying routes around the Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush areas. If we win any routes, including routes from 'Group 207' which will be split between Shepherd's Bush and Stamford Brook. More tenders are to come out tomorrow, as tonight's results had no involvement from us with any of the bids, and hopefully we see some positive results.
Edgware (ED): - After some lengthy discussions, and hearing from you, we've decided to take one of our about-to-be-refurbished Trident President from Watford (WF) which was on commercial Mango88. This confirmed bus is LR02 BAO (TPL271) and will be stripped of it's Mango livery.
Thank you for keeping this thread warm. Stay safe, and we'll post again tomorrow, the 27th May 2014.

Great news, and a bit of a misunderstanding. Let's reveal our wins and losses.
Routes: We have successfully won route 27, which runs between Chiswick, Business Park and Chalk Farm, Morrisons. This route passes both Stamford Brook (V) and our head office in Chiswick, Business Park so this route can be monitored properly and carefully. This route will use a mixture of existing hybrids and new hybrids. Start date: 11th June 2014.
We have also successfully won routes 207 and N207, which route 207 runs between White City, Bus Station and Hayes By-Pass. Route N207 extends beyond Hayes By-Pass at an half-hourly rate to Uxbridge Station over the 427, or from Hayes By-Pass where there is a bus every 15 minutes with an enhanced frequency over the 207 to Shepherd's Bush, and then the service extends to Holborn, Red Lion Square via Holland Park, Notting Hill Gate, Marble Arch, Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. We are most likely to use hybrid vehicles. We will confirm when we are given the green light. Start date: 11 June 2014
We have also won route 427, which is part of the '207 group' which runs between Uxbridge and Acton, High Street paralleling the 207/ N207. This route may have hybrids, it may have diesels. It hasn't been confirmed, although diesels are definitely on the allocation. Start date: 11th June 2014.
We said there was a mishap, and here it is. Back when the LOG (London Operator Game) started, we placed a bid for route 55 in hope we'd win a local garage such as Northumberland Park or Potters Bar. Upon finding out we lost the bid for the garages, we forgot to withdraw the 55 bid, and found out we won route 55. We encountered a problem, route 55 would have to be operated from Shepherd's Bush (S) and that is a mere dead run. So after some talks with LOSL, we will take action and route 55 may be awarded elsewhere, or in swap with another operator's route.
However we did lose some routes in the bid, such as route 201, 295, 607 and 34. However we would like to congratulate the operators for their wins and wish them the best of luck with their routes.
We'll keep you up to date as the news comes in. London Connect: First class service.

After some talks, here is some news.
Route 55 will instead be awarded to Safwaan in exchange for route 34, which we will now operate, between Barnet Church and Walthamstow Central. This route will be operated from Edgware (ED) garage.
We have confirmed what vehicles we will be ordering for our gains last night:
Route 207 and N207 will gain Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 Hybrids (Trident Hybrids) which are of 10.8m of length. There will be 37 on order and these will be ADH1-37. These routes will be operated from Shepherd's Bush (S) garage. Running numbers: S #1-35
Route 427 will gain Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 Diesels (Trident) which are of 9.9m of length (ADZ1-16). There will be 16 on order and the other 9 buses will be Optare Olympuses on a Scania N230UD chassis, these will be SEO1-9. However, the Olympuses will be at Stamford Brook (V) garage. So 427 will be partially run from Stamford Brook and partially run from Shepherd's Bush. The ratio is 14:8. Running numbers: S #36-49 and V #31-38.
Route 27 will gain Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 (ADL hybrids) which are 9.9m of length. There will be 27 on order, including existing buses ADH32 (YX62FJV) and ADH45 (YX62FSS). This route will run from Stamford Brook (V). These hybrids will be ADH32, and ADH39-65. Running numbers: V #1-27
Route 34 will gain Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 Hybrids (Both ADL and Trident Hybrids) which are 9.9m of length. There will be 26 on order, 13 of each chassis. This route will run from Edgware (ED) garage. These hybrids will be ADH66-91. Running numbers: ED #1-23
Route 657 will gain LR02 BAO (TPL271) from Edgware (ED). Running number ED #657
Also, trial vehicle BF14 BER (VFH1) will operate on route 34 from Edgware (ED), however until the 11th June, it will operate as a spare for route 657.
We look forward to start service soon. Stay safe, London.

We have taken over routes 27, 34, 207, 427, 657 and N207 starting from today. There are a few TPs on route 34 whilst the rest of the ADHs are being delivered. In other news, we have bought out the Greenford Line however it will only terminate at West Ealing. Services will start and terminate at West Ealing and run to Greenford. A new service will start at South Greenford, re-named Perivale Medway, and will run along the former Acton Line via Old Oak Common direct to Paddington. Services on the Greenford Line are every 15 minutes and the Paddington Line is every 20 minutes. We have acquired some Class 165 units from First Great Western. The units are currently being refurbished and are: 165 117 165 118 165 119 165 120 165 121 Here is 165 121 refurbished and is route learning at Greenford Station. The branding will be under 'MetroEaling'.

Some news here on LondonConnect. Note that when we win routes, this is because we have a garage close/ on the route. Such as routes in East London we have no garages there they have been put up for tender again hopefully to be won by other families.
Route 92 between Brent Park, IKEA and Ealing Hospital has been awarded to us, as nobody placed a bid for it (!), and for reliability reasons it will be run from both Edgware (ED) and Stamford Brook (V) garages. The route will use an allocation of Tridents, however the Edgware allocation will consist of Enviro 400s and the Stamford Brook (V) allocation will be Plaxton Presidents. We will commence operation on the 21st June 2014.
We also have gained route 140, which is one of our flagship routes, the current flagship being route 27, which runs between Harrow Weald (Bus Garage) and Heathrow Central (T1,2 and 3). Buses will terminate one stop further in Harrow Weald at Boxtree Park an turn around at the Uxbridge Road roundabout. This route will use 8 Wright Gemini 2 HEVs, and the rest of the allocation will be formed up of more Trident Presidents (TP) although these, unlike the 92 which will have 9.9m variants, will be 10.6m and will be classed as TPL. This route will be operated from Edgware (ED) garage. We will commence operation on the 21st June 2014.
Another gain is route 297, another one of our flagship routes, which runs between Willesden, Bus Garage and Ealing Broadway Station. This route will be operated from Stamford Brook (V) garage. This route will use Trident Presidents, 9.9m in length, as a full allocation. We will commence operation on the 21st June 2014. Note that all the Trident Presidents on order for all tender wins and in future orders will have Voith Gearboxes. The ones on route 297 will have a special livery, with Metroline Travel liveries inside and out with Fainsa Cosmic seats.
Thanks, and congratulations to all other companies who have won contracts! Remember the rest of the bids close on the 18th June!

Routes 13/N13 will receive the brand new hybrids on route 34. Route 34 instead will have brand new Wright Gemini 2 AND 3 Eclipse Volvo B5L Hybrids. These are the first of our kind in the fleet and will most likely be the last.

All routes are taken over on the 19th July 2014. We have also gained a new garage in North East London, near Walthamstow. This garage is called 'Blackhorse Road Walthamstow' and is coded LC. As of present, it does not operate any routes, however starting from next Saturday route 34 will transfer here with it's new Gemini 2 & 3 B5L Hybrids. Routes that pass the garage is: 158. This garage is just north of Blackhorse Road Station and is on Blackhorse Lane.

Right some news here,
After careful consideration, we had decided to surrender routes E5, E10 and E11 as the operation would be too unreliable. We asked A2B Buses if we could exchange the routes, and after a good offer, they now have taken operation of these routes and also have taken operation of routes 13 and N13 as well. We exchanged these 5 routes for route 94, our new flagship. The route is currently receiving new buses at the moment, and will be delivered soon for the 19th July start date. Route 94 will get Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 Hybrids and Diesels, brand new. The Geminis are still on order for route 34, and the hybrids on 34 will be temporarily out of use and at store in Blackhorse Road Walthamstow (LC). Route 94 is to be operated from Stamford Brook (V) garage, our head garage for better controlling and management.

How can you run route 271 from Blackhorse Road? That's even further than Cricklewood, which you said was too far....
