Commercial route 433 will be operated out of Herne Hill (HL) and Norwood Park (NK).

402: West Norwood - Vauxhall. 433: Gipsy Hill - Herne Hill (extra M-F journeys from Herne Hill (HL) bus garage) - Stratford City. 433 operates every 10 minutes on Mondays to Fridays between Stratford City and Herne Hill, and operates every 20 minutes between Herne Hill and Gipsy Hill, on Saturdays, the route runs full between Stratford City and Gipsy Hill, with a freqeuncy of every 20 minutes, and on Sundays, the route also runs full with a frequency of every 30 minutes.

We have put bids for 2, 322, N2, 149, 377, 379, 385 and 397
Anything underlined red is meant for routes in a group.
We are upset we lost 315, 415, 417 and 432 to London South.
We also wanted to (if we win) to extend the 315 to abouts in Gipsy Hill to relieve the 322's presure as many passengers use it in the area. (TfL should have never curtailed it to Clapham Common instead of Elephant & Castle). We hope we win our locals desperately, although 315, 415, 417 and 432 left our hands, put the past is the past, we look on into the future.
I would give every route that I know inside out a better ways of service and comfort etc; extending, PVR increasing, and so on and so fourth. (If you're curious, I know Brixton, Norwood, Camberwell and Walworth area/operated routes inside out, also some routes in the East and West a little bit, I know the 25, 205, 86 very well, also 15/115. I know the 94 little bits of it and that)

And our flagship are as follows:

To top this. We have divided our operations into three subsidaries:
Unorm Travel West
Unorm Travel South
Unorm Travel North
We have decided to increase both 2 and 322's PVR
2 to have 3 additional peak journeys and PVR increase from 24 to 26.
322 to be every 10 minutes.

We have ordered 26 Enviro400 MMC hybrids for the 2 and will use the extra MEHs (1-5, demonstrators).
We have ordered 5 Optare MetroCity EVs (OME) for the 322 which will operate alongside the 402's E20Ds. Route 402 has been withdrawn and will be replaced by another route, once we decide what to do.

3 Wright Streetlites are due to arrive later today. The remaining 4 will only arrive on the weekend. The total cost of 7 buses is £1,470,000. The buses that will arrive today are 37001-37003. Unless you wish to purchase the remaining 30 now, I will be putting them on sale as I really need to get rid of them asap. Please reply asap so I can put them up for sale if required.
The buses will come with their current blinds in case you need to use them (unlikely). They contain the following routes:
8, 53, 55, 56, 205, 220, 226, 228, 323, 366, 376, 607

Update 10/08/14:
We have bid for route 490 from Fulwell (TF), and we hope to see the results soon when announced by 16th of August.
We will also operate currently the London Overground replacement services.
We will commence operating the Tottenham - Blackhorse Road - Walthamstow Queens Road - Walthamstow Central (for London Underground Victoria line and abellio Greater Anglia) - Leyton Midland Road - Leytonstone High Road - Wanstead Park - Woodgrange Park - Barking rail replacement line.
The second being Baker Street - Wembley Park via Jubilee Line stations.
We gain £15 for one bus stopping at a station. These two lines will be operated from Willesden Junction (WJ), and Northumberland Park (NP). These two RRs will run default (every 6 minutes).

We have won routes 490, 601 and 602. We will operate 490 using Optare Versa 10.4m hybrids and we'll await an answer for a PVR increase of 1 making it 15. And 601 and 602 will use 3 spare EMHs from N and TALs free from HL. |

Update 13/08/2014:We have planned to LondonConnect on commercial route 936 and to-be-TfL route X2. X2 runs from Anerley to Trafalgar Square (stands at Embankment) and is a limited stop service running only at stations and at Tulse Hill Estates. When approved, X2 will use VDL DB300 Pulsar Gemini 2 diesels and hybrids and with an allocation of E40D and E40DMMC. 936 runs from Herne Hill (HL) to Kennington Oval via residential houses bringing a new service throughout the areas. This route is to use the 5 8.9m Darts with 1 spare.
