Do a 38 with Optare Versas buses running every minute. Obviously most of them would still be curtailed, but more would actually make it to their destination. As for the fleet, perhaps refurbish the existing B9TLs and add to them with B5LHs?
...Or failing that, someone should make a double-decker bendybus and put those on the route.

If the 25 Was Made to Run Every Minute That Could Call for About 100+ Buses, I don't Think any Operator would want the Route with That Contract

The 25 has had a capacity problem for a long time. Perhaps running 60 articulated buses in place of the existing vehicles could help instead of a possible 80+ double decks. The journey times seem slower now than with the previous vehicle types. #LondonMayor2016

The route's already 24 hours, besides I don't think making it run in the night would reduce crowding in the morning and evening peak hours. I say reintroduce bendybuses to it.

I have went on the route, not bad as I experienced the problems with the route, especially when the first time I - forget that, that is going off-topic, Quoting that Re-introducing bendy-buses is the best idea as 91-capacity (hence the route also uses 87 capacity E40Ds) is not enough, although 149-capacity Citaros were struggling too . If I was head of TfL, this is what I would do (hence I won't): Into plan likes
1. Reintroduce bendies. [As that somehow helps with a conductor? If possible yes)
2. Introduce an limited stop express service X25, only stops at stations calling at (also near): Aldgate, Aldgate East, Whitechapel, Stepney Green, Mile End, Bow Road, Bow Church >> using Bow Flyover obviously <<, Stratford High Street DLR Station, Stratford, Forest Gate, Manor Park, Ilford, Seven Kings and Chadwell Heath with some journeys going to Ilford and other side to Tottenham Court Road when possible else St. Pauls' and using buses off 25, working every 5 minutes ( x2 how long the 25 is which is around 3-4)
3. Frequency increase on 25 to 59 (as it will use bendies)

3. Frequency increase on 25 to 59 (as it will use bendies)I sware I mentioned 3. somewhere~ While reintroducing the bendy buses, in some faraway future date, they may want to space out the timetable so we don't get like 4 of them at one stop like now, for example, waiting at stops for a couple of minutes.. especially with the fast boarding, it can be quite easy for this to happen if one bus gets held up for a couple of minutes for whatever reason. Perhaps running 60 articulated buses in place of the existing vehicles could help instead of a possible 80+ double decks. The journey times seem slower now than with the previous vehicle types. #LondonMayor2016 Then again, by the time we'll probably see articulated buses on route 25 again, Crossrail may be much closer to opening which may make the idea of an express route pointless.

Express 25 [15 vehicles] limited stop then about 35 NB4L on main 25 route running every 5 mins NBFLs for 25 = [no}x59 trillion times, instead say 'bendies' cos 80 against E40D/H=87, B9TL=91, Citaro=149 Could work, but we want to take more people, (you should go to West Norwood and wait for the X68, you won't get a seat (nor stand space, unless you are LUCKY, or at the station were people chuck themselves in ) at around 7am-(last bus to Russel Square) 8.30 or something like that. ^ I don't miss bendies and all, but 149-capacity bus can take more than an nbfl (80-capacity)

On the 22nd March 2014: The PVR of the 25 has been ("dramatically", " -_- ") increased from 59 to 60 (Half of all the buses at LI would do, they have so many buses there, it's like they are saving fuel, there are about more than 15 buses in LI (from outside view whilst riding W15 many times) to be specific, there are more DDs in LI than SD , (still there are old junk there, so many DMLs (Marshall Darts) blinded for D6 when I was last there about 2012/3. And lots of 25s VNs

I have mentioned this several times before, but what if the route was run by two operators? Perhaps each direction could be run by a different operator. It's then much easier to increase the PVR- perhaps 40 for each direction. Operators wouldn't have much of a problem with that.

Longer-wheelbase buses would be a real boost I think (they could have gone for the 10.8m/10.9m/11.4m E400H or higher-seating density double-deckers as an interim step), even the E500Hs (similar to the one that was being tested by BAe in Chatham Waterfront Bus Station 21/05/2014) or a tri-axle version of the Volvo B5LH would come in handy I think. www.flickr.com/photos/jamesdawkins/14234815651/ (Photo by James Dawkins, 21/05/2014, Chatham Waterfront Bus Station, Kent)
