All Enviro 400 MMC demonstrators have come in now, for every company that were to trial it, including Safwaan. The last Enviro 200 for route 323 has just come in as well, and the two Optare Versas you ordered yesterday came at a rather fast rate. The Tridents will ALL arrive in one go tomorrow, and the 10.2m buses - 9 have been delivered. Expect this number to rise to 15. Which buses will be arriving today?

After some consultation, we have decided that all our buses will carry the original Stagecoach London livery, with the blue and orange swirls. We have also decided that our hybrid buses will carry a green interior livery like the 61 plate E400H's at BW. The idea to carry Stagecoach's exterior livery has been scrapped to make life easier.

Update 16 June 2014:Route 323: A couple of days ago, we proposed to TfL/ LondonConnect to extend this route from Mile End to Liverpool Street and to increase the PVR from 4 to 9 using 5 double-decker buses. TfL has allowed us to extend the route and to increase the PVR. However, we will not be able to use a part-SD, part-DD allocation. Instead, it will have to be either full SD or full DD. We've decided it'll be a single-decker route. One thing that hasn't been decided, however, is the routing of the extension. We can either extend via route 205 or via route D6 and route 8. We've decided we're going to let you decide! Do you think we should extend via route 205 or via route 8 and D6? A decision will be made by this Friday, so if you want to have a say, make sure you reply by then. Route 376: TfL has allowed us to increase the PVR from 8 to 10.

We have purchased 17001 and 19000, the Spirit of London, from Stagecoach London. A price has not been finalised. These purchases have also affected the fleet numbers: 10000 series:10001-10004 will be renumbered 19001-19004. The Spirit of London will retain it's 19000 fleet number. 17000 series:The new 17001, or TA1, will retain it's 17001 number. The current 17001 will be renumbered 17002 while the current 17002 will be renumbered 17025. If that's a bit confusing, this is what it will look like in terms of the registration numbers: 17001 S801 BWC- Formerly TA1/SCG 17001 17002 S801 BWD- Formerly 17001 17003 LX04 AAB- Unchanged ... 17025 LX04 AAA- Formerly 17002
These buses will arrive this weekend. Also, all the other buses we ordered have arrived, except the Wright Streetlites.

Our new garage is in Fulham. The address is 78 Lots Road, SW10 0QD. The garage code is FM.
Although at the beginning I said we would mainly operate in East London, there are a lot of garages there, such as WH, NS, BK, and the fictional Walthamstow bus garage. We therefore feel we have a better chance in another area of London.

We have bid for some more routes. All will be run from Fulham FM if won. The funny thing is, in the unlikely event that we win all these routes, we will still have space to spare. The routes are: 200, 222, 315, 319, 415, 417, 432
Also, this Sunday, route 607 will be transferred from King's Cross KC to Fulham FM.

We have given some of our buses new registration plates in memory of several incidents as a tribute to the victims, families, and friends of the deceased. Here they are: 12001- MH370 12050- SAA295 13001- SILKAIR185 13501- 26 12 04 14001- PSA 1771
And of course, 15001 is named 527 CLT just like the real 15100. 26 12 04 is the date of the boxing day tsunami. SILKAIR185 is named after the fatal crash of SilkAirways Flight 185. SAA295 is South African Airways Flight 295 and PSA 1771 is PSA Flight 1771. It's worth researching these particular flights.

We are to make a couple of proposals later today to TfL/ LondonConnect: 1)We will ask for planning permission to build a new garage in Bow. The garage will lie south-east of Bow Roundabout and will have a capacity of around 175-225, but we may expand later. The garage will use the code BR, for Bow Roundabout. BW will remain our headquarters though. The garage will have minimal facilities to keep construction costs low. Instead, BW will get more, refurbished facilities. The garage will cost around £9- 11 million to build. It will be complete by the end of July. 2)We will propose to make a new, commercial school route in partnership with various schools in the Tower Hamlets area. In particular, we want to relieve the pressure that the 25 and 205 suffer from Swanlea School in Whitechapel.

I know about it. I travel through Bow Church everyday (nearly). That school isn't much of a problem, though now that you brought up Bow, Central Foundation Girls School down the road towards Mile End is also a problem on westbound buses (the 25 and 205).

We have also bid for garages Enfield and North Wembley. The only garages we haven't bid for are Potters Bar, Wandsworth and Bexleyheath. We haven't bid for Potters Bar because we think it is too far north. We haven't bid for many south London garages because quite a lot of garages are operating there and we don't think it is really worth it.

Update 10th June 2014 Routes 693 to 695: Route 693 will use 5 Wright Gemini 2/B9TL's, fleetcodes 13502-13506 Route 694 will use 8 ALX400/Trident 2's 9.9m, fleetcodes 17002 and 17006-17012 Route 695 will use 1 Wright Gemini 2/B5LH, fleetcode 13001, and 4 Wright Gemini 2/B9TL's, fleetcodes 13507-135010
New Bow Garage: Construction of the garage has not yet been approved. However, we have been given permission to use the area to store buses. Until the new garage is built, this will officially be part of BW. BW now has a capacity of 250- 125 at the new location and 125 at BW. The capacity of BW has gone down slightly because a couple of engineering pits have been made.
Garage Tenders: We have won Park Royal PK and Enfield E. We are very disappointed not to have won any garages in East London. My instincts tell me to buy a garage in East London for another garage, but my brain tells me that it's not worth it, so it's not going to happen.
Route Tenders: We have bid for routes 2/N2, 322, 49, 38/N38, 8, 149, C10, 15, 115, 5, 139, 189, 184, 298, 299, 382, 383, 384, 389 and 399.
